10. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
11. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
12. Garlic salt - 1 teaspoon
13. Vital wheat gluten - ¼ cup
14. Warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) - 1.188 cups
