1. Chicken broth 4 cups
2. Water 1 cup
3. Rosemary (Optional) ¼ teaspoon
4. Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
5. Frozen mixed vegetables 1 (10 ounce) package
6. Long grain white rice and wild rice, fast cooking 1 (6 ounce) box
7. Cooked turkey, chopped 2 cups
8. RED GOLD® Petite Diced Tomatoes 2 (14.5 ounce) cans

How to cook deliciously - Turkey Rice Soup

1 . Stage

In a large soup kettle. combine broth, water, rosemary, and black pepper. Bring to boil; stir in mixed vegetables, box of rice, and seasoning packet.

2 . Stage

Return to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender. Stir in turkey and tomatoes; heat through. Stir in black pepper.
