Ingredients for - Marshmallow

8. Water - 300 Ml
9. Vegetable oil - 300 Ml

How to cook deliciously - Marshmallow

1. Stage

Soak the gelatin in 150 ml. water. In a saucepan mix sugar + 150 ml. water + honey, cook over high heat for 12 minutes. Remove the orange zest and squeeze the juice.

Heat the gelatin, stir until smooth, add the vanilla sugar. Pour into the whipping tin. Carefully, thinly pour the syrup into the gelatin, not stopping beating.

In a deep mold, lined with foil, grease with vegetable oil (just a little). Mix powdered sugar and a dollop of starch. Sprinkle the bottom of the form with 3 tablespoons of this mixture. Pour the marshmallow mass. Spread evenly and leave in the fridge for 6 hours (or better overnight). It is advisable to cover the top (I had a large cutting board).
