2. Shredded coconut - 1 cup
3. White sugar - ½ cup
4. Chopped toasted almonds - ⅓ cup
5. Baking powder - 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Orange zest - ¾ teaspoon
7. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
8. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
9. Unsweetened coconut milk - ¾ cup
10. Orange juice - ¼ cup
11. Extra virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
12. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Golden Coconut Almond Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin pan.

In a large bowl, mix flour, shredded coconut, sugar, almonds, baking powder, orange zest, baking soda, and salt.
