How to cook deliciously - Chicken Pilaf
1. Stage
Rice well and rinse in a saucepan with water so that it covers the rice by 2 cm, add salt to taste and cook over low heat until the water evaporates completely. Then add garlic, cut in half, to the rice and add another 100 ml of water and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Grate the carrots, cut the meat into small pieces.

Fry the meat with carrots in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes, then cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Add spices and a little salt.

Pour the finished chicken to the rice and mix well.

Pilaf with chicken is ready, serve sprinkled with chopped herbs.
