2. Potatoes, diced - 4 medium
3. Carrots, sliced - 1 pound
4. Finely chopped dill pickles - 1 ½ cups
5. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
6. Dill pickle juice - 3 tablespoons
7. Minced garlic - 2 tablespoons
8. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
9. Onion salt - 1 tablespoon
10. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
11. Dried dill weed - 1 ½ teaspoons
12. Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground white pepper - ½ teaspoon
14. Chicken broth - 9 cups
15. Warm milk - 2 cups
16. Bay leaves - 2
17. Salt to taste - 2

How to cook deliciously - Polish Pickle Soup

1. Stage

Melt butter in a stock pot over medium-low heat. Add potatoes and carrots. Cook until beginning to soften, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.

Stir in chopped dill pickles, flour, pickle juice, garlic, Worcestershire, onion salt, sugar, dill, curry powder, and white pepper until well combined.

Add chicken broth, warm milk, and bay leaves. Simmer until vegetables are soft and soup has cooked down, about 1 hour. Season with salt.
