1. Butter 4 tablespoons
2. Potatoes, diced 4 medium
3. Carrots, sliced 1 pound
4. Finely chopped dill pickles 1 ½ cups
5. All-purpose flour ½ cup
6. Dill pickle juice 3 tablespoons
7. Minced garlic 2 tablespoons
8. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
9. Onion salt 1 tablespoon
10. White sugar 1 tablespoon
11. Dried dill weed 1 ½ teaspoons
12. Curry powder 1 teaspoon
13. Ground white pepper ½ teaspoon
14. Chicken broth 9 cups
15. Warm milk 2 cups
16. Bay leaves 2

How to cook deliciously - Polish Pickle Soup

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a stock pot over medium-low heat. Add potatoes and carrots. Cook until beginning to soften, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir in chopped dill pickles, flour, pickle juice, garlic, Worcestershire, onion salt, sugar, dill, curry powder, and white pepper until well combined.

3 . Stage

Add chicken broth, warm milk, and bay leaves. Simmer until vegetables are soft and soup has cooked down, about 1 hour. Season with salt.
