2. Hot milk - ⅓ cup
3. White sugar - ¾ cup
4. Softened butter - ½ cup
5. Egg - 1
6. All-purpose flour - 1 ¾ cups
7. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Baking soda - ¼ teaspoon
9. Dried lavender - 2 teaspoons
10. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
11. Water - 1 tablespoon
12. White sugar - ¼ cup
13. Dried lavender - 1 tablespoon
14. Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Lavender-Earl Grey Tea Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Steep Earl Grey tea bag in hot milk in a bowl.

Mix sugar and butter together in a large bowl. Mix in egg. Remove tea bag from hot milk; add milky tea mixture to batter. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and lavender; mix dough until well combined.

Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake in the preheated oven until edges are light brown and set, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
