4. Poppy seeds - 1 tablespoon
5. Lemon, zested - 1
6. Baking powder - ½ teaspoon
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Xanthan gum (Optional) - ¼ teaspoon
9. Eggs - 3 large
10. Butter - 3 tablespoons
11. Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
12. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
13. Heavy whipping cream, or more to taste - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper muffin liners.
