2. Dry bread crumbs - ¼ cup
3. Onion, finely chopped - 1
4. Green onion, chopped - 1
5. Egg - 1
6. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
7. Parsley paste - 2 tablespoons
8. Worcestershire sauce - 1 ½ tablespoons
9. Hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco) - 1 tablespoon
10. Salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Cooking spray - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, green onion, egg, garlic, parsley paste, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and salt together in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
