How to cook deliciously - Chicken thighs in coriander sauce
1. Stage
Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients. I used flakes instead of ground chili.
2. Stage
Salt and pepper thighs.
3. Stage
Put thighs in the marinade and leave it for at least 30 minutes. Longer is better. Flip periodically.
4. Stage
After the marinade time, pan-fry the thighs until crispy (about 6 minutes on each side).
5. Stage
Transfer the thighs to the oven and roast until cooked (when the transparent juice comes out of the puncture).
