1. Dry white wine - 1 cup
2. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
3. Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
4. Shredded Swiss cheese - ½ pound
5. Shredded Gruyere cheese - ½ pound
6. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
7. French bread, cut into 1 inch cubes - 1 (1 pound) loaf
