How to cook deliciously - Krasavishny buns

Put the products for the dough into the bucket of the oven according to the instructions.

Select the "Main Dough" mode (in my case it is 2 hours and 20 minutes).

This is the kind of dough we get at the end of the program.

Knead the dough and place it in a greased bowl, cover with clingfilm and leave in a warm place to rise for 40 minutes.

Spread the dough on the table, beat it and divide it into 20 pieces. Roll out each piece into a pancake Ø 11-13cm, make 6 notches on each side (as in the photo).

Place 1 tsp. of jam on one side, cover the other side (the opposite side from the filling) of the dough. Use your finger to "pin" the bun together well.

Now we take the distant ribbons and, crosswise to cross, lay them on the dough (as in the photo), do the same with the remaining ribbons (weave, thus, the pigtail).

Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment (or vegetable oil). Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then grease the buns with beaten egg.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven (I have an electric oven, "Top and Bottom oven with fan" mode) for 10-15 minutes. Orient yourself to your oven! If desired, sprinkle the cooled buns with powdered sugar.
