Ingredients for - French Stuffing

1. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
2. Ground pork - 1 pound
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Potatoes, peeled and diced - 3
5. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
6. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
7. Poultry seasoning - 1 tablespoon
8. Brown sugar - 1 pinch
9. Water - ½ cup
10. All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
11. Butter - 1 tablespoon
12. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - French Stuffing

1. Stage

Cook beef and pork in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.

2. Stage

Stir onion, potatoes, cinnamon, nutmeg, poultry seasoning, brown sugar, and water into ground meats. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Stir in flour, butter, salt, and pepper and cook until thickened, 5 to 10 minutes.
