Ingredients for - Old Fashioned Stuffing

1. White bread, lightly toasted 30 slices
2. Butter 2 tablespoons
3. Onion, finely chopped 1 large
4. Celery, finely chopped 2 stalks
5. Chicken broth 2 cups
6. Eggs, lightly beaten 2 large
7. Water, or as needed (Optional) 2 tablespoons
8. Rubbed sage 2 teaspoons
9. Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Old Fashioned Stuffing

1 . Stage

Spread toasted bread slices on baking sheets and let sit out at room temperature until hard, about 24 hours.  Allrecipes/Oana Ennis

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
