4. Shredded carrot - 1 cup
5. Celery, chopped - 1 stalk
6. Garlic - 1 clove
7. Chicken broth - 4 cups
8. Red potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces - 4
9. Light cream - 2 cups
10. Cream-style corn - 1 (15 ounce) can
11. Finely chopped parsley - 1 teaspoon
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
13. Butter - 3 tablespoons
14. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Cranked Up Corn Chowder

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine corn kernels and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a baking dish; stir to coat corn kernels in oil.

Roast corn in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
