1. White cabbage - 2 kg
2. Carrot - 400 gram
3. Garlic - 1 head
4. Sugar - 100 gram
5. Salt - 5 Tsp
6. Vinegar 9% - 150 Ml
7. Vegetable oil - 100 Ml

How to cook deliciously - Pickled cabbage

1. Stage

Chop the cabbage. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.

2. Stage

Now we put cabbage and carrots in layers in a large bowl. Somewhere between the layers we put slices of peeled garlic and ram tightly.

3. Stage

For the marinade, mix boiling water (1 liter) with the rest of the ingredients and mix until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved.

4. Stage

Pour the cabbage with hot marinade so that it covers the cabbage, cover tightly with a lid and leave to marinate for 2 days at room temperature.
