6. Finely ground pork - ⅓ pound

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pinch off about 1 1/2 tablespoon meat mixture per meatball; form into balls. Place browned meatballs into a baking dish, pour in chicken broth, and cover with foil.
