1. Plums, pitted and chopped - 12
2. White sugar, divided - 1 cup
3. Sifted all-purpose flour - 1 cup
4. Baking powder - 1 ½ teaspoons
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Beaten egg - 1 large
7. Melted butter - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Plum Crisp

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.

Spread plums evenly into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.

Mix together flour, remaining 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in beaten egg and spoon mixture over plums. Drizzle batter with melted butter.
