Ingredients for - Popa's Pickled Eggs

1. Hot yellow peppers with brine - 1 (12 ounce) jar
2. Water - 1 ½ cups
3. White wine vinegar - 1 cup
4. Pickling spice (such as McCormick®) - 2 tablespoons
5. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
6. Salt - 2 teaspoons
7. Ground turmeric - 1 teaspoon
8. Hard-boiled eggs, peeled - 8

1. Stage

Stir peppers and brine, water, vinegar, pickling spice, sugar, salt, and turmeric together in a 1/2 gallon mason jar or container. Add eggs to pepper mixture and seal container. Refrigerate for at least 2 days.
