1. Pastry for 9-inch double-crust pie 1 (15 ounce) package
2. White sugar 1 cup
3. Strong brewed Earl Grey tea 3 tablespoons
4. All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
5. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
6. Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
7. Ground ginger ½ teaspoon
8. Ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
9. Salt ¼ teaspoon
10. Peeled and sliced Granny Smith apples 4 cups
11. Butter 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Earl Grey Apple Pie

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a 9-inch pie plate with 1 pie crust.

2 . Stage

Combine sugar, tea, flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.

Spread a layer of apples over the pie crust. Sprinkle some of the sugar mixture on top. Repeat layers until the pie plate is full.
