4. Finely diced carrots - 1 cup
5. Milk - ½ cup
6. Sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 (4 ounce) can
7. Condensed cream of chicken soup - ½ cup
8. Butter - ¼ cup

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
