How to cook deliciously - Katsu Chicken
1. Stage
Grate chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper. Scatter flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs into separate plates. Roll the chicken breasts in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip them in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
2. Stage
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken in butter, and cook 3 or 4 minutes on each side until golden.
