1. Cardamom pods - 4 pods
2. Cold milk - 2 cups
3. Ripe avocado, peeled and chopped - 1
4. White sugar, or to taste - 6 teaspoons
5. Salt - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Avocado Shake

1. Stage

Pop cardamom pods open and crush or grind seeds into a powder.

2. Stage

Combine cardamom, milk, avocado, sugar, and salt in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses.
