How to cook deliciously - Shrimp canapés on mashed peas

For the mashed peas, I'll take half a can of green peas in glass TM EKO. I'll put them in a colander to drain the liquid. I will also need cottage cheese, garlic and salt. Put garlic to taste. I used one clove. I might not have even salted it, but I'll take a pinch of salt. I put everything in the chopper and smashed it. You don't have to smash it until it's smooth, just a little bit of peas. The puree is ready. I had frozen and small shrimp. I poured boiling water over them, they thawed, and then I peeled them.
2. Stage
We marinate the shrimp in olive oil, thyme, garlic and a little salt. I put the lid on and set aside. After 10 minutes, I fry them right in the marinade for literally a couple of minutes.

I will make the canapés on homemade cookies. I don't need a large cookie, since my shrimp are small. I will make the dough the way I make it for tartlets. I sifted the flour into a bowl, added a pinch of salt, finely chopped the butter into pieces and rubbed it into crumbs with my hands. I separated the yolk from the egg and added it to the butter crumbs. I kneaded the dough and rolled it into a ball. The dough does not stick to hands. I put it in a bag and put it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
4. Stage
I took out the dough, rolled it with a rolling pin into a 0.5 cm thick layer and cut out D~4 cm circles with a shotgun. I need small cookies. The shrimp are small and the canapés I have for "one bite". I pricked the cookies with a fork. I put them on a non-stick cookie sheet. You can use a baking mat or line the tray with baking paper. Put into oven heated to t-200 C for 10 minutes. Be guided by your oven. The cookies bake very quickly. Do not let them burn! I had 17 cookies. We put the cookies on a plate to serve. With a teaspoon I put mashed peas on it and stuck on a shrimp. I sprinkled everything with finely chopped green onions.

If you want to make bigger cookies by taking large shrimp, the mashed peas can be made with a certain pastry bag nozzle. But to do this, you have to smash it until it's smooth. Otherwise, the hole will immediately become clogged with the peas.
