How to cook deliciously - Pork with peaches
1. Stage
Peaches (1 jar) drain juice, chop, add melted butter, 1 tsp. thyme, salt, pepper, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, mix everything. The filling is ready.
2. Stage
On one side we cut the meat to make a pocket. Put our stuffing in it. Put bacon on top, completely covering the meat.
3. Stage
Place the unpeeled cloves of garlic, slices of peaches and thyme on the baking tray. Place the meat. Pour vinegar diluted with 100 ml of peach juice (from a jar) around the meat and put it in the oven for 1 hour and thirty minutes at 180 degrees. Bon appetit!!!
