3. White sugar - 1 cup
4. Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Unsalted butter - 1 tablespoon
6. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt - ¼ teaspoon

Place leftover rice in a sauce pan; add coconut milk over top. Stir in sugar, coconut oil, butter, vanilla, and salt.
