6. Ripe bananas, mashed - 2 ½
7. Applesauce - ¼ cup
8. Extra-virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
9. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 8-cup muffin tin or line cups with paper liners.
