8. Xanthan gum - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Buttermilk - 1 ¾ cups

13. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line muffin pans with paper liners.
