3. Active dry yeast - 2 teaspoons
4. White sugar - 2 teaspoons
5. Egg - 1
6. Egg white - 1
7. Warm milk - ¼ cup
8. Water as needed - ¼ cup
9. Unsalted butter, melted - ¾ stick
10. Egg, lightly beaten - 1

1. Stage

Place flour into a bowl, creating a small hole in the center. Sprinkle salt around the edge and place yeast and sugar into the hole.
