2. Rice wine vinegar - ¼ cup
3. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
4. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Mustard powder - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
8. Salmon fillets - 2 pounds

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Marinated Salmon

In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, oil, mustard powder, ginger, and ground black pepper.
