Ingredients for - Ground Chicken Chili

1. Ground chicken - 2 pounds
2. Water - 1 cup
3. Onion, diced - 1 medium
4. Green bell pepper, diced - 1 medium
5. Beef bouillon, crumbled, or more to taste - 6 small
6. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
7. Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt - 2 teaspoons
9. Dried basil - 2 teaspoons
10. Dried oregano - 2 teaspoons
11. Ground thyme - 1 ½ teaspoons
12. Ground black pepper - 1 ½ teaspoons
13. Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon
14. Pinto beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
15. Great northern beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
16. Sweet corn, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
17. White sugar - ½ cup
18. Whipped cream cheese - 1 (8 ounce) tub
19. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
20. Beer - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle

How to cook deliciously - Ground Chicken Chili

1. Stage

Combine chicken and water in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook and stir, breaking up the chicken finely, about 5 minutes. Add onion, bell pepper, jalapenos, and garlic; continue to cook until vegetables are soft and liquid is nearly cooked off, about 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in chili powder, salt, basil, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and cayenne pepper; reduce heat to medium. Taste and adjust seasonings. Stir in pinto beans, great northern beans, corn, and sugar. Add cream cheese and sour cream; cook and stir until thoroughly blended. Stir in beer.

3. Stage

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 45 to 60 minutes.
