1. Butter OR margarine, melted - 2 tablespoons
2. Chicken thighs - 6
3. Minced garlic, divided - 2 tablespoons
4. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
5. Prosciutto - 6 thin slices
6. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 cup
7. Dry white wine (Optional) - ¼ cup
8. Sour cream - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Chicken with Mushrooms, Prosciutto, and Cream Sauce

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Drizzle butter into a casserole dish. Season chicken with 1 tablespoon garlic, salt, and pepper. Wrap each thigh in a prosciutto slice and place into a casserole dish. Sprinkle mushrooms and remaining garlic over top.

Bake in the preheated oven until the juices run clear, about 1 hour. Remove from the oven, transfer chicken and mushrooms to a platter, and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
