How to cook deliciously - Spinach and Sauerkraut Salad

Wash, dry and coarsely chop the spinach. Take the sauerkraut out of the jar, 3 tablespoons with a handful.
2. Stage
Place sliced spinach and sauerkraut on the plate. Season with vegetable oil (1-2 tbsp.) and add chopped green onions.
