How to cook deliciously - Holiday Casserole
1. Stage
First, prepare the potato "pillow". Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices and pour milk over them. Leave them for 30-40 minutes. Potatoes "marinated" in milk when baked are very tender and flavorful!

Now let's prepare our remaining products. Wash the mushrooms, cut into slices and boil them in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Then put them in a colander and let them drain. Cut sweet peppers in julienne and boil them, grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Now we're all set! Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Drain the milk from the potatoes into a separate bowl. We need it later on. Add vegetable oil, mustard, soy sauce, salt and pepper to the potatoes, season with your favorite spices and minced garlic and mix them. Grease a mold or deep baking pan with vegetable oil. I have a rectangular form, size 22X28 cm. Lay out the potatoes and smear ketchup on them. Place boiled mushrooms on top.

Sprinkle the mushrooms with bell peppers, cut into julienne strips, pour the milk drained from the potatoes and thickly sprinkle with cheese. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180-200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
