1. Stage
Slice the radishes into 4 or 8 pieces, depending on their size. Shred the onions in half rings.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the radish for 5 minutes, then add the onion and fry for another 3-5 minutes. Cover with a lid and simmer on a low heat for 7-10 minutes. Increase the heat, remove the lid, add the bacon and fry until browned, about 3 minutes.

Place the warm radishes, bacon and onion in a bowl. Add the coarsely chopped spinach. Season with salt and pepper mixture.

Stir and add diced feta cheese.
