1. Cauliflower, cut into small florets 1 head
2. Olive oil 3 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced, or to taste 8 cloves
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 8 cloves

6. Refrigerated pizza dough (such as Pillsbury®) 1 (13.8 ounce) package
7. Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 (8 ounce) package
8. Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
9. Sliced prosciutto ¼ pound

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
