1. Cauliflower, cut into small florets - 1 head
2. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced, or to taste - 8 cloves
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 8 cloves
5. Red pepper flakes, or to taste (Optional) - 1 pinch
6. Refrigerated pizza dough (such as Pillsbury®) - 1 (13.8 ounce) package
7. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package
8. Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
9. Sliced prosciutto - ¼ pound

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Toss cauliflower, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl until evenly coated; spread onto a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Stir cauliflower mixture and continue baking until tender, 10 to 15 more minutes.
