How to cook deliciously - Oatmeal pancakes
1. Stage
Pour the flakes with boiling water, so that the water only covers them. Cover with a lid and leave to steep for at least 10 minutes.

In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion. Shred the cabbage into small cubes (I do this with a Burner grater with fine teeth)
3. Stage
Put the vegetables in the steamed cereal, add flour, salt, spices. Stir to mix. The batter should be thick enough.

Spoon the dough into the hot vegetable oil and fry on both sides until crispy.
