1. Eggs - 3
2. Egg whites - 2
3. Almond milk - 1 cup
4. Vanilla extract - 3 teaspoons
5. Coconut sugar - 3 teaspoons
6. Unflavored gelatin - ½ teaspoon
7. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Coconut flour - ⅓ cup
9. Tapioca flour - ¼ cup
10. Almond flour - ½ cup
11. Salt - 1 pinch
12. Arrowroot flour, or as needed (Optional) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Paleo Pancakes V4

1. Stage

Combine eggs, egg whites, almond milk, vanilla extract, coconut sugar, and gelatin in a large bowl.

2. Stage

Combine coconut flour, tapioca flour, almond flour, and salt in a separate bowl. Fold into the egg mixture and mix to just combine. Add arrowroot flour to thicken batter, if desired.

3. Stage

Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
