Ingredients for - Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf

1. Ground turkey - 1 ½ pounds
2. Dry bread crumbs - 2 cups
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Egg, beaten - 1
5. Milk - 1 cup
6. Balsamic Vinegar - ½ cup
7. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Pepper - 1 teaspoon
10. Chopped fresh rosemary - 1 ½ tablespoons
11. Canned tomato sauce - 1 cup
12. Brown sugar - ¾ cup
13. Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

2. Stage

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, egg and milk. Season with balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and rosemary. Press into the prepared pan. Blend together the tomato sauce, brown sugar and mustard; pour evenly over the top of the loaf.

3. Stage

Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until juices run clear when pricked with a knife.
