3. Green onions, thinly sliced - 5
4. Apple cider vinegar - ½ cup
5. White sugar - ½ cup
6. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
7. Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
8. Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
9. Red pepper flakes - ¼ teaspoon

Toss cabbage, apple, and onions together in a large bowl.
