1. Flour tortilla - 1 (10 inch)
2. Extra-virgin olive oil - 1 ½ tablespoons
3. Dried oregano, or to taste - 1 pinch
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
5. Very thinly sliced zucchini - ½ cup
6. Tomato, thinly sliced - ½
7. Baby spinach leaves - 1 cup
8. Sliced green olives - ¼ cup
9. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
10. Red pepper flakes - 1 pinch

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 435 degrees F (225 degrees C).

Place tortilla on a pizza stone and brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Layer with zucchini slices, tomato slices, spinach, olives, and Parmesan cheese. Add more oregano, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
