2. Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
3. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
4. Cajun seasoning - 2 teaspoons
5. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 teaspoons
6. Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
7. Adobo sauce from chipotle peppers - 1 teaspoon
8. Whole wheat hamburger buns - 2 (2 ounce)
9. Fresh tomato - 2 thick slices
10. Romaine lettuce - 4 leaves

How to cook deliciously - Mahi Mahi Burgers

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Season mahi mahi fillets with lemon juice, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
