1. Cooked brown rice - 3 cups
2. Frozen mixed vegetables - 2 ½ cups
3. Chicken broth - 2 cups
4. Water-packed tuna, drained - 2 (6 ounce) cans
5. Vegan shredded Cheddar-style cheese (such as Daiya®) - ¼ cup
6. Dried minced onion - 1 teaspoon
7. Dried sage - ½ teaspoon
8. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
