1. Full-fat plain Greek yogurt - 1 cup
2. Lightly packed chopped cilantro - 1 cup
3. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
4. Jarred minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
5. Kosher salt - 2 teaspoons
6. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. Chicken thighs - 3 ½ pounds

How to cook deliciously - Yogurt-Marinated Grilled Chicken

Mix Greek yogurt, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, salt, cumin, cayenne, and pepper together in a large bowl. Place chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag; cover with yogurt mixture.
