Ingredients for - Roasted Bok Choy

1. Baby bok choy, halved - 2 pounds
2. Liquid amino acid (such as Bragg®) - 2 tablespoons
3. Olive oil - 4 teaspoons
4. Fresh ginger - 6 slices
5. Garlic, sliced - 3 cloves
6. Ground turmeric - 1 teaspoon
7. Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Fines herbs - ½ teaspoon
9. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon
10. Red pepper flakes - ⅛ teaspoon
11. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Bok Choy

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Stage

Mix bok choy, liquid amino acid, olive oil, ginger, garlic, turmeric, curry powder, fines herbs, basil, red pepper flakes together in a large bowl; season with black pepper. Place coated bok choy on the prepared baking sheet; pour remaining liquid over bok choy.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until thickest ends of bok choy are tender, 6 to 10 minutes.
