Ingredients for - Watermelon Caprese Appetizer

1. Fresh basil, stems removed - 3 sprigs
2. Watermelon, fruit removed with a melon baller - 1 small
3. Fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small pieces - 1 (8 ounce) package
4. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
5. Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Watermelon Caprese Appetizer

1. Stage

Trim basil leaves into small circles about 1 inch in diameter.

2. Stage

Thread watermelon and mozzarella cheese on toothpicks, sandwiching a basil leaf in between. Arrange on a serving plate.

3. Stage

Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar over toothpicks. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top.
