1. Eggs, lightly beaten - 3
2. Milk - 3 tablespoons
3. Italian seasoned bread crumbs - 1 ½ cups
4. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
5. Dried parsley - 2 tablespoons
6. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
7. Garlic, peeled and chopped - 4 cloves
8. Pork chops - 4

How to cook deliciously - Italian Breaded Pork Chops

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).

Beat eggs and milk together in a shallow dish.

Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley together in a second shallow dish.

Heat oil in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook until just golden brown to flavor the oil. Remove garlic with a slotted spoon and reserve for another use.

Dip each pork chop into egg mixture, then bread crumb mixture until well coated.
