1. Butter, melted - ⅓ cup
2. Italian seasoning - 1 ½ teaspoons
3. Extra-virgin olive oil - ¼ teaspoon
4. Kosher salt - ¼ teaspoon
5. Sourdough bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes - 6 slices
6. Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Sourdough Croutons

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, olive oil, and kosher salt in a large bowl; add bread cubes and toss to coat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the bread cubes; toss to coat. Spread onto a baking sheet.
