1. Mayonnaise ¼ cup
2. Sriracha 1 tablespoon
3. Rice vinegar 2 teaspoons
4. Diced onion ½ cup
5. Diced carrot ½ cup
6. Canola oil 1 ½ tablespoons
7. Cooked and cooled rice 5 cups
8. Kosher salt ½ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
10. Frozen peas ¾ cup
11. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
12. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
13. Eggs 4 large
14. Green onions, chopped 2 medium

How to cook deliciously - Sheet Pan Fried Rice

1 . Stage

Set an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven's broiler.

2 . Stage

Stir mayonnaise, Sriracha, and rice vinegar together in a small bowl until well combined.

3 . Stage

Toss onion and carrot with oil on a rimmed baking sheet until coated; arrange in a single layer.

Broil in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

Add rice, salt, and pepper to the sheet pan and toss to coat.

Broil until rice is just golden, 8 to 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
