1. White sugar - 1 cup
2. All-purpose flour - 6 tablespoons
3. Cream cheese, softened - 2 (8 ounce) packages
4. Pineapple chunks, drained, 6 tablespoons juice reserved - 2 (20 ounce) cans
5. Butter, melted - 1 stick
6. Crushed buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), or more as needed - 1 cup
7. Grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Easter Pineapple Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a medium casserole dish.

2. Stage

Mix sugar and flour together in a large bowl. Gradually stir in cream cheese. Add drained pineapple chunks and stir until well combined.

3. Stage

Combine reserved pineapple juice, butter, and cracker crumbs in a medium bowl.

4. Stage

Spread crumb mixture over the bottom of the casserole dish to make a crust. Pour pineapple mixture over crust and top with Cheddar cheese.
